Recommended itinerary

Day 1: Arrival at Catania airport. Picking up the car at the hirer. Night in hotel in Modica.

Day 2: Breakfast in hotel. Visit Ragusa Ibla, Modica and Scicli, with their significant monuments jewels of the Baroque Style. Dinner in a restaurant. Night in hotel.

Day 3: Breakfast in hotel. In the morning visit Noto, beautiful Baroque town, the so-called “garden in stone”. In the afternoon visit Syracuse: the archaeological area and the cosy historical centre of Ortigia. Night in hotel in Catania or nearby.

Day 4: Breakfast in hotel. In the morning excursion to Mount Etna, the highest active volcano of Europe. In the afternoon visit Taormina, the so-called “Ionian pearl” and its Greek-Roman theatre. Dinner in a tiypical “trattoria ” in Catania. Night in hotel.

Day 5: Breakfast in hotel. Visit the historical Baroque centre of Catania. Delivery of the car at the airport. Departure.
